Augmented Ibiza 2011
After months of work The Cloud and Compass have finally launched version 2.0 of their highly successful 'Augmented Ibiza' iPhone application. This is a major facelift for the app and it has been re-built from the ground up. I've been busy working with a great team of developers on the design, development and production of the project and we are all extremelly proud of the results.
Augmented Ibiza is a live, social guide dedicated to celebrating the best that Ibiza has to offer. This means more than just the world renowned super-clubs; it is also about discovering the hidden gems that only the locals know.
Custom-made by a team of people who live and love Ibiza, the app is for anyone who wants to get the most from their time on the White Island, whether a first-timer or a veteran.
The app combines an extensive hand-picked guide to places and events, with real-time social media features. Users, and specially selected ‘insiders’, can check-in to a venue, leave tags and shout out to their friends, creating a live feed of what’s happening and where.
Augmented Ibiza is a vibrant, island-based community which is always on, and always in the know.
